Every effort is made to accommodate each order with the freshest and highest quality materials available. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with anything you receive from us, simply call us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Any issue must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt and should be made by calling our showroom at 607-988-9274.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Lifescapes Florist will make every effort to accommodate each order to the exact specifications of customer request. Color variations may be necessary with fresh flowers and blooming plants due to product availability.

REFUNDS and CREDITS
After every effort to correct any problems have been made, Lifescapes Florist will issue either a store credit or a refund, payable only to the original purchaser. Certain restrictions apply for cash refunds.  

DELIVERY POLICY
Lifescapes Florist will make every effort to deliver all arrangements on the day requested by the sender. All deliveries require the recipient’s full name, address and phone number, as well as an alternative phone number, if at all possible. Our delivery service is available Monday through Saturday from 10am until 2 PM. For your security, Lifescapes will not leave any arrangement without a delivery signature. Deadline for same-day delivery is 11am daily. And, since we live in the Northeast, all delivery schedules are subject to weather conditions.
